R. E. Michel

This project is the development of a 3.8-acre site, with a built to suit 15,300 SF retail/warehouse facility on 1.9 acres of the site.  The building was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building with shared utility and storm drainage facilities, and roadway frontage improvements.  The R E Michel facility was completed and sold in November 2013.
