Project Description
This project was a build to suit heavy industrial manufacturing and office facility for a Texas based company expanding to the Hampton Roads area. ACS assisted the owners in site selection, coordination with the city for zoning approval, and was then responsible for design and construction of the 20,000 SF building and all site improvements on the 2.1 acre parcel, including coordination with the owners specialized manufacturing equipment. The building was completed in May 2014.
