Project Description
This is a 15-acre mixed-use development, consisting of six multi-tenant condominium style buildings totaling 130,000 SF, and a separate mini-storage facility, all with required site improvements. All six of the condominium buildings were constructed by ACS, some for sale or rent to meet an owner’s specific use requirements, such as loading docks, or showroom space.
