General contractor responsible for demolition of existing facilities, installation of new site infrastructure to include public and private streets, utilities, parking, and construction of one hundred twenty-one (221) single and multifamily rental units,in an urban infill environment. Community recreation facilities were also included in the project. Completed in 2012
140 Unit 12 story apartment community renovated under Multi-Family HUD VHDA LIHTC, and private financing. Work includes abatement and complete exterior removal and replacement, complete HVAC system replacement, and complete unit and common area renovations. Renovation began in February 2018 and was completed in December 2018.
