Alexander Baptist Church

This project was construction of a new 26,000 SF church building, including a sanctuary with open cathedral ceiling, with associated parking and site improvements. After the original contractor’s costs came in over budget, ACS stepped in at the request of the church to value engineer, help redesign, and construct the building within the church’s budget.
