Project Description
This development is a 13,500 SF brick office building, with required parking and site improvements, located in Downtown Portsmouth, VA. This project was a Design/Build for State Senator L. Louise Lucas. ACS developed the site through Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Zone programs.
